Meet Graylie Icard, PA-C – Pain Management Expertise

Graylie Icard, PA-C, grew up in Frederick, Maryland. She later moved to South Carolina to pursue her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Clemson University. During college, she worked as a medical scribe in an OB/GYN clinic. She later transitioned to a role as a phlebotomist at Greenville Memorial Hospital in Greenville, SC, where she gained extensive hospital experience and cared for a diverse patient population.

Graylie earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Charleston Southern University in Charleston, SC, training in a variety of clinical settings. These experiences strengthened her commitment to patient-centered care.

With a clinical interest in pain management, Graylie focuses on helping patients improve their function and overall quality of life.
Though she misses the South Carolina beaches, she is excited to explore Washington. Outside of work, Graylie enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, and preparing to welcome a new puppy into her home.
